Third-AI is run by Oliver Lock, a sole trader partnering with other organisations on solving complex digital challenges in the built environment. Oliver has 10 years experience working on research, digital products, analysis and software development for a wide range of organisations ranging from government, planners, engineers, lawyers, universities and property developers.
